Preserving Food Naturally

A great way to get what is best your body and save your coins is freezing your food! I’m not at the point in life where I can afford to waste money so I’m always looking for ways to preserve what I have. Fresh fruit is great to freeze for smoothies or even a healthy frozen snack later. It’s also cheaper to buy fresh fruit with the intentions of freezing it, because you get more compared to the price of frozen fruit. Freezing fresh vegetables is a must for me because I never get to them all within the first week of purchase. You can essentially use them for the same things you would when they are fresh: bake, boil, sauté, stir-fry, stew, etc. I always recycle my talenti gelato plastic pints because they’re multi-purpose. I use them as a cup for my smoothies, container to freeze food, sample cup to take my fish tank water to be tested….What can’t these things do! Lol recycle and save people. Your wallet will thank you.🤑
