Lucky for me, I’m not a terrible eater so I’ve never had a problem keeping a healthy packed fridge and pantry, but I don’t eat as often as I should….at least that’s what my trainer says. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in between just doesn’t work for me. What I have been loving lately is my morning smoothie. My favorite is mixing a cup of frozen blueberries, a banana, and a few chunks of pineapple with 1 cup of my favorite almond milk, 1 scoop of RAW fit, and a dash of chia seeds (great antioxidant and full of fiber). RAW fit is made by Garden of Life, which is a company that makes great wholesome, natural supplements. They have a RAW meal that works as a meal replacement that is well worth trying! RAW fit is full of protein, helps burn more fat and keeps you full. I’ve found that adding it to my morning smoothie has helped me have more energy in the gym and gets me sweating faster. I even drink a smoothie with the RAW fit on my off day from the gym. I’m pretty much good for the rest of the day, until dinner. When I’m hungry in between, I’ve starting snacking on roasted (and salted) almonds! So good! I’ve been back in the kitchen more too so I’ll upload some of the good things I’m cooking up soon!
